KARUWA is an acronym for three Catholic Centers that comprise the parish: Kambuzuma, Rugare and Warren Park high density suburbs.The parish is situated approximately 5km west of Harare CBD. The parish spans not only the three suburbs but also includes Westwood, Aspindale Park ,Joshua Nkomo Housing Cooperative,Leopold Takawira Housing Cooperative and Cold Comfort Housing Project;making it the biggest urban parish in the Archdiocese of Harare. Kambuzuma parish was established in 1967 and named All Saints.Rugare parish was established in 1973 and named St Henry. Warren Park was established 1986 and named St Clare.

KARUWA is run by a team of three Salesian priests who have faithfully catered for the spiritual needs of their flock for many years without fault. Amongst their achievements have been building together with active participation of their parishioners,two magnificent churches at All Saints and St Clare Warren Park which is still under construction.

The original churches, which had become too small, for the growing number of congregants were replaced.

The youths have devotional groups; Sacred Heart Guild, St's Simon Peter and Mary Guild,St's Alois and Agnes Guild,Missionary Childhood Guild. Aswell as a structure comprising all the youths in and outside the guilds ,called Youth and Vocations.

Sacred Heart of Jesus

Sacred Heart Youth Guild or Mwoyo Musande Vadiki. This group was formed in the late 1990s in the footsteps of the senior Mwoyo Musande Guild. Their uniforms and devotions are the same colours red and purple. It is common for the youth to transition from the youth group to the senior group upon marriage or on becoming adult.

St's Alois & Agnes

St's Alois and Agnes Guild formed by the late Fr Alois Nyanhete in the 1950s is still an attraction to the youth from below teens up to young adult. The group in their blue and white uniforms have also become the face of the local church youth. For many years they were the sole youth group.

St's Simon Peter & Mary

Sts Simon Peter and Maria Guild from Gweru /Masvingo Diocese was introduced in the Harare Archdiocese in the 1990s. The group in their white and blue uniforms have attracted many youth and their numbers are significant.

Missionary Childhood

Missionary Childhood or locally called MaHoly are a grouping of the very young. An initiative of St John Paul II introduced to the Archdiocese in the 2000s. The group has constantly been home to enthusiastic very young members of the church. Their blue and white uniforms distinguishing them as Catholic children. Young as they are their contribution in the parish is significant and very visible. For example every Sunday they provide dancing in mass and sometimes lead the liturgy by reading and singing.

Adult Devotional Groups

The devotional guilds have over the years played a significant role in the parish. Their colourful uniforms matched by their good works of ceaseless dedicated support towards the church.

Mary Queen of Heaven

The Mary Queen of Heaven Guild better known by their shona name Maria Hosi Yedenga are the largest group. First formed in the 1950s by Fr Alois Nyanhete as Sodality and then changing to their present name in the 1970s.In their blue mantles they have become the face of the local church.

Sacred Heart of Jesus

The Sacred Heart Guild also known as Mwoyo Musande in their red and purple uniforms are the second largest group. Mwoyo Musande formed in the 1970s are special to All Saints Parish in that the couple the late Mr Takura and Mrs Takura who played leading roles in its formation were and are members of this parish. The Guild has since spread throughout the Archdiocese.

Anna & Joachim

St's Anne and Joackim Guild better known as Mbuya Anna ,in their beige and dark brown colours are fast growing in numbers. The group originally formed in the Gweru Diocese came to being in the Harare Archdiocese in the 1990s. This group was first an attraction to elderly people but younger members are now joining .

St Joseph Guild

St Joseph Guild or simply called Josefa in their blue and beige sashes,also hailed from the Masvingo Diocese and were adopted by the Harare Archdiocese in the early 2000s. The Guild is composed of men only, some of them once members of Maria Hosi Yedenga Guild. The group has been a focal point for men's contributions in the parish,all manly tasks being assigned to them.
